Part 3

🔫🔫 The Murder in Rain 🔫🔫 

It might sound strange but after hearing these words of Tarun, Ajay let him go and didn't ask anything else.

He sat on his bike and was driving through. Just when he was about to take a right turn he realized that police knew Ajay's house and it was too risky to go home.

So he had no choice but to take a left -

Not long after these words the police found a dead body and it was Tarun as expected.

But they din't show the body's face on the TV.

"Get up Ajay" came a voice from behind.

Ajay was living at his friends house Neel Chadda.

He was Punjabi and Ajay's good friend. Ajay had met him for the first time in his college. He was new and afraid. He was bullied but because of Ajay's brave behavior he saved Neel from the hand of bullies.

Ajay woke up with a sudden.

His friend switched on the TV at channel number 609, the news channel named 'Satyajit'

Oh! What a cool catch phrase did they have,

'Satya Dikhaye

Burai hataye'

Unbelievably what Ajay saw in his dream was the same discussion going on; on the news channel.

Indeed Ajay had understood Tarun's clue properly.

Suddenly something struck Ajay's mind and he left the house for a while without saying anything.

He sat on his bike and drove straight to Tarun's house.

He had made a duplicate key of Tarun's house just in case.

He pushed the golden key in the rusty lock and found the house unlocked in prior. He laid his ears on the wall of the door and listened carefully He heard the sound of two females.

Astonished he drove back to Neel's house.

It was evening by now. Ajay had spent the whole day outside and was quite tired.

It was a silent dinner. Neel had known Ajay since a long time and had known Ajay's likes and dislikes.



He had made Ajay's favourite dish, 'Dal Makhni and Sarso da Saag'

But Ajay just ate the supper lost in his thoughts.

He then slept.

And the night ran out in no time.

Next day he woke up with a phone ring. It was Hawaldar Balbir.

The postmortem report had arrived.

"Balbir, send me the copy of the postmortem immediately." - Ajay

"Right away sir. Jai Hind" - Hawaldar Balbir

"Jai Hind" - Ajay

"Only if I am right it will show in postmortem but why would that be."

Ajay's phone beeped it was the pdf of postmortem.

"No this can't be. It…It… how, why oh my god this case is just getting complicated."
